About Me – Why I Created Stronger in Midlife

Hey, I’m Wal!

I decided early that I wanted to help people live at their best. Back in my teens I was hooked on sport: how far you can take a body with smart fuelling and training.

In my early 20s, while I was at university, cancer hit pause on everything. It shifted my focus from performance to health that lasts.

Feel good now, and build a body that serves you later. That’s the lens I bring to coaching women. We’re not small men. Our physiology deserves its own plan.

 

Your body changes across your cycle and even more in perimenopause and postmenopause. Pushing harder isn’t always the answer. Understanding your unique body is.

 

My goal is simple: make you healthy by default. No strict rules. No constant guilt over what you did or didn’t do. Just simple steps that fit your life so you can enjoy it now and build a stronger body for the years to come.
