📝 You’ll be given a link so that you can complete a short questionnaire.

You will answer a few questions to help me understand YOU better:

  • What are your goals?

  • Tell me about your routine, your energy, your cravings, your wins and frustrations.

  • As as well as all the foods you prefer and don't eat

 

I'll develop the plan and send it back to you. You can then schedule a call where I’ll answer any questions, leaving you with a clear direction to Nutrition that works for you.

You will also get follow-up emails and contact for any questions that pop up for a month following our call.
