Your most experienced women are struggling in silence... Let's change that

Wal Herring is a nutritionist and midlife health strategist who gives women the one thing they've never had,  a clear, honest explanation of what's happening in their bodies.

Half of your workforce will go through perimenopause.

Almost none of them will understand it.

Women between 40 and 55 are typically your most experienced, most capable people.
They're also navigating one of the most significant biological transitions of their lives, with almost no information about what's actually happening or what they can do about it.

The result?
Disengagement.
More sick days.
Women stepping back from leadership roles... or leaving altogether.

Not because they can't handle the work.

Because nobody gave them the tools to handle their own bodies.

☑️ Boost Productivity and Retention

By providing the right support, you can reduce absenteeism and help your employees remain productive and engaged. A supportive environment encourages loyalty and helps retain valuable talent.

☑️ Enhance Workplace Well-being

Creating a menopause-friendly workplace shows that you care about the well-being of all your employees. This leads to higher job satisfaction, better morale, and a more positive workplace culture.

☑️ Reduce Stigma and Increase Awareness

Menopause is often surrounded by stigma and misunderstanding. By offering education and support, to both males and females, you can increase awareness and create a more open, understanding environment.

Key Note - It's Not In Your Head

The biology behind perimenopause and what women can do when they finally understand it

Most women (and those who support them) arrive at perimenopause completely unprepared.

Brain fog, broken sleep, mood shifts, weight changes, energy crashes, they know something is off, but they've been given no framework to understand it.

This keynote changes that. In 60 minutes, Wal cuts through the noise and gives women a clear, practical understanding of what's happening in their bodies and, crucially,  what they can actually do about it.

Women leave knowing their bodies aren't failing them. They're changing. And they can work with that.

From Wal:

Wal has spent over a decade working with women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s, helping them understand and work with their bodies rather than fight them.

She holds a Masters in Nutrition and a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education, and she brings that depth of knowledge to every room she speaks in.

Her talks aren't motivational fluff.

They're grounded in real science, delivered in plain language, and designed to leave women with something they can actually use.

Her approach is direct, warm, and refreshingly honest,  the knowledgeable friend every woman in midlife wishes she had.
